Hi Sonji,

I'm sorry this happend to you. I think you should contact L'Oreal directly. You can find their contact information on their site: L'Oreal. Thank you for the post and good luck!

I have been using the Loreal true match for about 1 1/2 weeks. I have broke out all over and I have never had any problems with my skin as far as make up until this. I decided to stop using it who do I contact to get a refund.

Hi Annie,

I think that if it's causing you bumps, stop using it immediately- the last thing you want is for it to get worse. Contact Loreal and tell them your situation, I bet they would be more than happy to give you a refund (at the very least, they should be able to do something for you).

Thanks so much for the question and good luck!

I have just recently purchesed Loreal True Match Make-Up. I have been using it for around 5 days, and today I have noticed small bumps on my face. They are also slightly itchy. Could this be an allergic reaction to the make-up? If so, would Loreal provide a refund, or voucher to purchase another product? I really like the effect this makeup has but obviously I cannot continue to use it if I am allergic to it. I also really cant afford to keep buying more make-up! Your feedback would be most appreciated.

Hi Enter...,

If the bumps do go away (once you stop using the product) please write back and let us know- it may help someone else who is having the same problem. Thanks for sharing with us here!

Jill, I'm having the same reaction. I wasn't sure what product was causing the tiny bumps on my face. I use the L'Oreal True Match too. I'm going to stop using it and see if the bumps go away.

Thanks!

Hi Jill,

I did a quick search for you, but was unable to locate any. Why don't you ask your dermatologist? I'm sure he/she will be able to help. Thank you for the question!

I started wearing L'Oreal True Match foundation a few months ago and did fine for about two months. Then my forehead was covered in tiny bumps, which eventually spread to my face. Now it's creeping down to my neck. I thought the bumps were from a recent course of antibiotics, but now I'm suspecting the foundation. I do have ultra-sensitive skin. Are there many foundations that don't have urea in them?
