I am 28 years old and have read your advice for those with oily skin. I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to find what will work for me! The mineral makeup doesn't and neither do liquid or powder foundations. My biggest problem is the shine and just not feeling like my makeup looks fresh throughout the day.

I'm looking forward to trying one of the foundations that you recommended...either Clarins Oil Free Multi Matte or Chanel's Double Perfection Matte. The cornstarch is also another trick that I hope will work in addition to a new foundation.

I'm hoping to come back and respond on how well the new foundation works! Thanks for the tips.

how can i get rid of black heads on the nose?

Dear Dana, In response to Kerri regarding running eyeliner. I have excessive oily skin and I found a solution to my eyeliner using mineral eyeshadow. I put a little mineral eyeshadow in the cap, add a drizzle of water, mix with an angle brush, and apply to lower lashes. It lasts all day and does not fade. You can use almost any color of mineral eyeshadow and the effects is wonderful.

Dana, I cannot find an eyeliner that won't run down my face. I have fairly good results from waterproof eyeliners and liquid eyeliners when only applied to my upper lids, but anything that I apply under my lower lashes heads south within two hours. I do have pretty oily skin. Could the oil from my face seep up to my eye area? Is there anything I can use to line my lower lashes?

Kerri
