Yes, I just purchased your Neutrogena mineral makeup with brush. I think you should rethink the design as I have no idea how it works. I've tried twisting, turning, pulling off the cap and nothing comes out - also there are no directions on the packaging. I'm returning it to Target. Whoever designed this needs to go back to the drawingboard.

First, I'm so sorry that this has happened to you! Second, the best thing you can do is take it to a professional cleaner. They've probably seen this kind of thing before, and can probably advise you more fully. We'll be rooting for you- good luck!

I use Neutrogena visibly even liquid make-up and have for several years. I recently spilled some on some very expensive outdoor pants I use for hiking and the make-up, even though I immediately tried to sponge it off, has removed the color from my pants! I am shocked The pants were about $70.00. I have yet to "open" the further information peel back label. It is impossible! Product # 86800 00372 Please advise Thank you
