I have friends coming to town next month and were interested in taking a class to learn how to apply and use makeup. Just a one or two day class. Can you send me some suggestions of where they can go in NYC?

Does your performing arts school need to be "approved" or part of a larger institution (like a university)? I am a student at a local performing arts school, but it's not affiliated with any major organization though it does have non-profit status, etc.
