I think the best thing to do is to be prepared with a list (I know it's trying, but it may help them). We aren't affiliated with them, so you would have to find out directly from the company. That said, we wish you the best of luck with this!

They didn't say how long it would take. I was just wondering if you had to give them an exhaustive list of which products and colours of the individual products you were interested in, or if they just sent a list of all the appropriate products.

I can't say definitively if that would be faster, but you can certainly try. How long did they tell you it would be until they got back to you?

I tried emailing the company, and they emailed me back and told me to list all the products I was interested in, and they would write me back to say if they were vegan or not. Would I have better luck if I called the number mentioned above?

I just checked out Urban Decay, and a number of their products contain carmine. If you do buy Urban Decay, be sure to double-check the ingredients list.
