Is it true that while Lancome doesn't test it's finished products on animals that they continue to test INGREDIENTS on animals? Particularly rabbits because since they don't have tear ducts so they don't produce tears to clean out their eyes after having chemicals/ ingredients put into them?

Hi, im doing an essay on the Lancome brand and i cant seem to find any info. on certain aspects of the company. For instance, i need to know about the company and the employee treatment: have they had complaints, do the employees work in a respectful environnement), i need to know about their suppliers, and so on. Basically, i need to know about the company and their ethical side. If someone could help me with this, i would be very happy. Thanks!!!!
