I feel your frustration. There are two choices. One, go to your local department store, head to the makeup counter, and ask. Sometimes they'll let you get by without buying anything.

The second choice is to register with Olay. They are currently mailing out samples of their products. Thanks for the question and good luck!

For the best honestly free samples, minus the surveys and the other junk, try freesamplesblog.com. The person who manages this page makes sure to list only the real free samples, not the other stuff and he/she does a great job. This is the only site I've ever bookmarked. Try it out.

This would be great for you because they are sending out samples of their new face creams. For the hair samples, you'll have to go to the hair company's site and check. Good luck in your search!

It depends on the company. The only reason they would need to call you is to verify a credit card/address, or something like that.

For the most part, however, all of the transactions can be done online. Maybe you should keep looking around until you find a reputable site. Remember, you don't want to give out too much personal information over the phone.
