To whom it may concern:

My name is Irving Barcenas part of the University Student Union Program Council here at California State University of Long Beach. We are a non-profit event planning organization, we plan events that cater to the students of Cal State Long Beach that are overall educational, productive and most of all fun. We are currently working on our 9th Annual Rags II Rhythms Hip Hop Fashion Show Vendor Fair and we would like to extend an invitation to join us at our Vendor Fair. The date we're looking at is Thursday May 7, 2009 from 5pm to 10pm. The venue chosen is within our University Student Union and our show always sells out so your company will have great exposure. Also we're all for any donations and sponsorship within Rags II Rhythms so that you may be able to gain a free table at our Vendor Fair instead of paying the regular $40 price. Please contact us as soon as possible so we may be able to send you the application for your participation.

Hi S Uppal,

We're so happy that you want to start wearing makeup again! For scarring, itâ€™s best to talk to your dermatologist, as they will be more fully able to help you with that (even if you want to try an at-home peel, it's best to get approval beforehand). That said, get started by choosing a foundation that suits your skin tone (if you even need it, if not just go with a powder). Check out your brows and see if they need any "cleaning" up (like taking care of stray hairs, or tweezing for an arch; try our Eyebrow Grooming article for step by step help).

Next, think about color. Decide which feature you feel most comfortable highlighting (eyes or lips, but not both at the same time). You didn't mention what color your eyes were, but think about the color wheel, and start with colors that are the opposite of your eye color. From there, consider putting a shiny rinse in your hair to give it a little kick (a GREAT product is Clairol Natural Instincts- it won't change the color of your hair but it will make it super shiny!).
