Hi Brenda,

That sounds like an awesome tip and I hope others with green eyes take your suggestion- it sounds as if it makes your green eyes look great! Thanks again!

I have green eyes, and the color i mainly use is called sparkling wine. It makes my eyes pop like crazy. i recommend to green eyed women...the greys give me a washed out green look.. not to nice...

I have green eyes, and i always find that purple and plum colours work best to make them stand out. I disagree that silver shimmer doesn't look good though..i tend to use silver to highlight underneath my eyes in winter and then move to golds and apricots in the summer when you want to look warmer and fresher. I agree with Elle, blue eyeshadow can look good too, but i tend to use darker blue/grey shades as the lighter blues don't compliment as well. It's all about experimenting!

Love the tips!

Hi! Your tips are all very good. My eyes are the colour of sliced pickles and I usually wear plum or brown shadow...I will definitely try an apricot shade! My only suggestion is that blue can *sometimes* work. I have used a matte navy eyeshadow it really makes my eyes pop (in a good way, not in a clownish way)so blue doesn't have to be ruled out entirely.

I have bright green eyes and i absolutely love purple eyeshadow! but for those of us girls who have green eyes don't make the mistake of wearing purple everyday. and u shouldn't wear bright bright purple during the day! save bright purple for nighttime!!! Browns and gold shimmers are great for everyday. especially browns. cream browns are fabulous! you shouldn't go to overshimmery with your shadows during the day though! and it's fine to use silver or grey sometimes! just don't go crazy with gray shimmer and glitter! i've even used a light pink sometimes and i think it looked fabulous! so pinks aren't that bad for green eyes! you just have to keep it light with shades of pink! keep being fabulous green eyed girls!!!!
