Hi Kate,
It may be a wrinkle. While they are a natural part of life, they can be incredibly annoying. The best thing to do now, is to try to minimize that line. Olay has a great selection of anti-aging creams worth investigating (and they are not that expensive). On the makeup side of things, when you use concealor, try to blend as best you can (otherwise, it can get "stuck" in the crease and make it look more prominent). You can also try to minimize the lines with cooling agents, like cucumber slices on the eyes (before you head out the door). Another trick that might help is storing your eye cream in the refrigerator (it sounds crazy, but it works!). Thanks for sharing here!

For very heavy lines, you'll need to use lighter colors of eye shadows. Colors like bone (applied over the entire lid) will open up the eye. The trick here is to keep the look simple and stunning. For the contour color, use taupe or sable (or any darker color that suits you). After you apply that, finish up with mascara.
Another trick to making eyes appear younger is with the brows. As we age, our brows tend to look thinner and lose their tips or ends. Draw attention upward by filling in the brows. Another great trick is to move the "center of gravity" of the face up. An easy way to do this (is applicable) is to put your hair up. Ivanna Trump used to do this very nicely. Putting the hair up shifts the eye and just makes the entire face and neck look lifted. Thanks for the question!
