Could u suggest some lipstick shade names & nos 4 someone having dark hair & fair face? Preferably neutral shades frm brands like maybelline, revlon, & lakme?

Hi Kay,

First, how long is your hair? Shorter hair, let's say up to your shoulder would increase the length of your neck. If you are opposed to cutting your hair, then wear it up in a top knot or a chignon. I have a short neck; my face is medium full and medium lenght. I feel that neck is just too short, I would like a tip to extend the look of lenght. Thanks, Kay
