Hi Candace,
To get doe-like eyes, think about deepening and opening up the entire eye. It's tricky, but it can be done! Try these steps:
- Use an eyeliner that really brings out your eyes (like purple, brown or blue or black).
- When applying the eyeliner, remember to "connect" it at the outer corners of the eyes (as opposed to "winging" it out). This will give the eye a deeper appearance and a rounder look.
- Think about how close you are applying the eyeliner to the eyes. This is the most important step! The closer to the lash line, the smaller the eyes will look (this is the "fierce" look). The farther away from the lower lash line (that means leaving more of the whites showing) the larger the eyes will look.
- Don't forget to curl the lashes with an eyelash curler and to then coat the lashes with mascara.
Is there a specific technique I can try with eyeliner or a combination of eye makeup to make my eyes appear larger and "doe-like"?

While we don't have a site that you can visit, we do have a great article that details Beyonce. Try our Beyonce's Makeup to get the look you are after. As for the English shops she visits, we wouldn't know that either. Thanks for your question and good luck!

When it comes to droopy lids, you'll need to take the same approach that people with small eyes have; that is, open up the eye. The best way to do this is to choose eye colors that are light, or that reflect light. So, choose shades that are golden, pale, peach, champagne or light pink in nature. Remeber to keep your brown area neat as that will "open" your eyes. When you reach for the eyeliner, do not apply it close to your lashes- that will only make your eyes look smaller. Thanks for your question and good luck!
