Hi Sam,
You raise a great point, and I think and even though it's a little difficult to understand, I don't think the writer meant pull out the hair, but rather, to pull it in the direction of growth that you'd like it to grow in. After that's done, you can use a little eye brow gel to keep it in place.
If you decide to go ahead and pull the hair out completely, go very slow when doing that though because eye brows take forever to grow back.
If anything happens, make sure you have a good eye pencil on hand to correct any errors. If you have any other questions, please feel free to write us back!

I came across this article and I was wondering if you could explain what you mean by "I pull hairs out that are facing the wrong direction into the direction that I want them to grow back and retrain them again."
How do you change their direction of growth to be the direction you want? Thanks!
