Hard Candy at Walmart

When Hard Candy announced it would be sold exclusively at Walmart stores, I was skeptical about the products. I wasn’t sure their integrity wouldn’t be compromised somehow, and even though I was never a big Hard Candy fan in the past, I was still aware of the brand and recognized its ability to churn out unique colors and generally fun products.

It turns out that things haven’t changed, which is great news for longtime fans of the brand. The lineup of Hard Candy makeup at Walmart is rife with all kinds of brilliant goodies, ranging from richly pigmented baked blushes (check out Bombshell Terra Rose, a bronzey-pink that’s only $7) to creamy lip glosses (try Plexi Gloss in I Want Candy, an impishly cute pink for $5). You’ll also find lipsticks, incredible eye shadow duos, tinted moisturizers, concealers and slightly less practical items like glitter sticks in the mix.

Perhaps best of all, Hard Candy’s legendary nail polishes are just as great as ever. The glitter-infused colors – which range from vibrant teal to iridescent white – are eye catching and relatively long wearing (though don’t forget the top coat). At prices like these, you can’t go wrong with anything in the line, and they’d make fun Christmas gifts for makeup newbies on your list, too!
