For your coloring, I would choose a base eye shadow of champagne and silver grey for the contouring. Start with a fluffy brush and apply the lighter color to you entire lid. Next, use a chiseled eye shadow brush and apply the grey to the crease blending around and out toward the corner of the eye.
Next, use a deep indigo or grey pencil to line the top and bottom of your lashes. Blend well with the chiseled brush. Top off with dark brown mascara and don't forget to curl your lashes beforehand.

I would choose first a champagne color for your entire lid. Next, Sweep the gold over the lid but only the bottom portion, from the corner of your eye outward.
Lastly, use the green only in the outer corner for a pop of color to pick up the color in your dress. Don't forget your eyeliner and mascara and your good to go!!

For your overall look, I would choose silver, icy pink, plum, charcoal, or indigo for your eyes.
Use black mascara (waterproof please!) and either black or gray eyeliner. For your lips, rose, berry, true red (w/ blue tones) and pinks. Cheeks, soft rose (no peach or bronze). Also, use a lipstick that is more on the rose/mauve side and not too red. Have a blast!

Try using using a pale lavender for your eyes with a deep navy eyeliner. This will really make your eyes stand out and lavender/purple shades are great for your coloring and will look fabulous with your blue gown.
As for your skin, try a little concealer under your eyes and to cover any flaws you may have. Top off with a sweep of loose translucent powder. Circle a pale rose blush on the apples of your cheeks for a healthy glow and use a sheer pink gloss for your lips. Have fun!

For your skin tone, try using a champagne or pale pink shadow for your entire eye lid. Use a fluffy eye shadow brush to apply from the roots of your lashes to the bottom of your eyebrow.
Next, with a chiseled brush, use a shade of brown like nutmeg, cinnamon or chocolate to contour the eye by applying it to the crease. For a more natural look, use dark brown eyeliner instead of black. Blend from the center of the lid outward. Top off with waterproof blackest black mascara for optimum staying power. Use a light pink or peach blush just on the apples of your cheeks for a healthy glow. Top it off with a pale pink highlighter or illuminator directly on top of your cheekbones for an added glow and lift. Use a lip gloss in a pale shimmer pink and you're all set!

For your brown eyes, choose a cream, champagne or apricot shadow for the base, covering your whole eyelid. Follow with any shade of brown either matte or one with shimmer and apply to the crease.
You can also try shades of plum or grey. Always use brushes instead of applicators for the best results. Now line the top and bottom lashes with very dark brown pencil.
Next, take a fine lining brush and using a dark brown or even deep gray, smudge the lines. Follow with blackest black mascara and don't forget to curl those lashes first for an added pop. On your lips, try a shimmery lip gloss in apricot, golden brown or russet.
